Shadow-utils versus pwdutils?
I need to install rpm-helper as one of Bacula's dependencies. (Suse 9.2, btw.) I get this:
marcb@bacon:~/down/bacula> sudo rpm -i rpm-helper-0.10-1mdk.noarch.rpm --test
warning: rpm-helper-0.10-1mdk.noarch.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 70771ff3
error: Failed dependencies:
chkconfig is needed by rpm-helper-0.10-1mdk
shadow-utils is needed by rpm-helper-0.10-1mdk
I can't seem to install shadow-utils. I then found that it was superseded by pwd-utils, which my system has. Not that I know a heap about either, but it all keeps me from installing rpm-helper. How can I get around this? Thanks much!
