even tho BSD isn't linux. I think this is a very similar problem

Im using amaroK and Im trying to import my entire iTunes library from Windows. which is all in Apple's AAC format. so I'm trying to install FAAC and FAAD but when I try to I get the error message:

libtool15: compile: unable to infer tagged configuration
libtool15: compile: specify a tag with `--tag'
gmake: *** [getopt.lo] Error 1
*** Error code 2

Stop in /usr/ports/multimedia/mpeg4ip-libmp4v2.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/multimedia/mpeg4ip-libmp4v2.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/audio/faad.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/audio/faad.

what am I supposed to do to fix that?

I read somewhere that it was an issue with libtool, autoconf, and automake

any idea how to fix it?

Knoppix
Alrighty, trying to download a copy of Knoppix Linux to a CD, (well, first to the hard drive then to the CD in case the burn doesn't work for whatever reason,) and i'm just not sure what the folder is supposed to look like. I used Bit Torrent off of http://www.knoppix.org/ and I just want to make sure all the files downloaded. (With this computer, you never know -_-;) Is it normal that this comp (WinXP Home, it's the family comp and not my normal laptop, but the burned CD will be for the laptop; I just wanted to use this computer's burner because it's faster,) doesn't recognize any of the file types except some .txt stuffs? Are we talking a CD here that I will just put in my laptop and reboot from the CD? Will the CD automatically make itself bootable? Blah. Also, will Linux still be able to read the stuff I already have installed on the computer? I was going to download Linux Firefox while still operating in WindowsXP and then just access it from Linux when I reboot. Should work, right?

Sorry if these quesstions make it sound like I'll hurt myself if I turn on a computer; I'm really not that stupid. =-P I just want to make sure that I don't screw anything up.

Danke!
