Somewhat of a long shot.
I just got into the pimp world of wi-fi as a friend of mine just gave me his Microsoft 802.11g access point. I would like to buy a wi-fi card for my laptop, but don't really know what to get. I've been reading up on Tom's Networking and some other places on the internet about what's what when you go wireless, and have a general idea of what features I want in a card, WPA and a pimp client program for Windows are at the top of my list. The biggest issue I'm having is finding a card with all I want, and with some sort of Linux support so I can use it wile messing with Knoppix. Was wondering if anyone could recommend any cards to me? Thanks.
