lil problem

I know this is a fairly common probem so my apologies if it's been dealt with recently.  hdb1 is my fat32 media drive.  Reading is no problem.  Writing, on the other hand, can only be done by root.  This is where I store my audio, video, etc.  Obviously, I'd prefer not to run p2p apps as root.  My fstab entry for this drive is:

/dev/hdb1 /mnt/win_c2 vfat user,exec,dev,suid 0 0
