support for zyxel omni adsl usb for fedora core3 x86_64

Can anybody help with cofiguring the kernel (or just installin the driver) for this model of modem(Conexant Access Runner driver i own, but cant compile it :)..).
I'm just starting user, so can anybody give the link to rpm(s)?
