Our in-house team consists of 10+ engineers resources with over 35+ years of experience. We’re a registered engineering firm with PE stamps in five states: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Florida.

Precast Concrete

With multiple galvanized and non-metallic racking choices, manhole and hatch access options, and conduit penetration configurations, we have what you’re looking for. And if your needs go beyond what’s typical, we’ll help design a precast structure to specifically fit your project.

Houston Plant

After breaking ground in March of 2017, we built a new 41,750 sq ft facility with a 9,000 sq ft office and breakroom space for our employees. The facility was specially designed with a future expansion in mind for both the office and facility space.

Production Capabilities:

17 acres, 41,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space

Alvarado Plant

We're excited to announce our new Alvarado facility, designed to better serve our customers in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This large facility extends Locke's precast capabilities to North Texas and helps serve surrounding areas.
