I’m Lorenzo Coppolella, a film composer and Sound Designer from Turin, Italy. From a young age, I’ve been deeply drawn to music, sound, cinema, and the emotional power they hold when combined.

What truly defines my work is the pursuit of a unique sound for every project. I believe every story has its own voice, its own rhythm, and its own sonic identity. My goal is to craft scores that not only support the narrative, but elevate it — turning moments on screen into experiences that stay with the audience.

I began my musical journey at Music Lab in Turin, where I studied Sound Engineering and developed a deep understanding of audio production and technology. Later, I continued my education at the Scuola Internazionale di Comics in Turin, enrolling in the Music and Sound Design for Film and Video Games program. During these two years, I refined my approach to composition and sound design, learning how to blend musical storytelling with visual language — a combination that continues to define my creative process today.

I currently work as a composer and assistant composer for films, TV series, and audiovisual content worldwide. My projects span multiple genres and platforms, and I’m actively involved in international productions, including films and documentaries for Netflix, DAZN, and other streaming services. I also compose music for independent video game studios, creating immersive soundscapes for interactive experiences. Occasionally, I work on audio design and soundscapes for live events, bringing immersive experiences to audiences beyond the screen.
