Loyal is an evergreen, unitized fund. New investors get their share of a portfolio matured over seven years.
Unit holders can ask to redeem quarterly, with gates and early exit fees to protect the fund.
Loyal distributes exits and dividends to all unit holders, for income or to reinvest.
