LTU is limited in its ability to support personal devices. We will assist in installing any appropriate, LTU licensed software to support teaching and academic needs and help troubleshoot connecting personal devices to LTU printers and WiFi as long as it falls within standard operating system settings. We cannot troubleshoot non-LTU licensed software and applications that are not part of LTU’s software image.
After careful consideration and assessment of our IT resources and organizational needs, our IT department will no longer provide assistance, troubleshooting, installation, or maintenance services for Microsoft Outlook.
