Strengths:
Very efficient at being stealthy with soft footsteps and silent flying. Arthur is even more stealthy at night time due to his skin color.

Weaknesses:
Daytime/Sunlight are a general weakness for Arthur. Ever since he was turned into a wereowl, all the traits of the owl kicked in. One of these traits includes nocturnality. Once daytime hits, Arthurs eyesight becomes gradually worse until the sun has fully rised where he becomes practically blind as a bat. To combat this Arthur must wear specialized/enchanted prescription (if you could call it that) glasses. Without them Arthur is dead weight and useless.
After being turned, Arthur's circadian rhythm also changed to fit more like an owl. He gets immensely, even narcolepticly, tired once the sun rises.
Arthur also hates cats. And cats hate Arthur. It's a mutual thing.
Fire or immense heat is super effective versus Arthur.

Quirks: Never reveals what his real middle name is. Steathily sneaks up on people all the time.
Likes: Dogs. Air conditioning. Night time. Trees. Sky. Buffets. Craps the gambling game.
Dislikes: Cats. Hot weather. Sunlight.

Arthur is a chill guy. He just has a bad tendancy to sneak up on people without realizing it. He's also likes to sleep in class and his favorite food is ramen.
