Vipin Rathi is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Delhi. He is ChairPerson of Linux Foundation Hyperledger Telecom Special Interest Group. He is Board Director at Open Infra Foundation . He is Vice President of the Emerging Open Tech Foundation. He is the organizer of Openstack India, Magma India, CNCF Delhi, Open Edge Computing, Hyperledger Meetups. His research interest focus on 5G networks, Multi-Domain Orchestration, Blockchain Defined Networking. He is guiding the Research team to develop a Kubernetes-based Cloud-Native OpenStack named as KupenStack. He is an active member of Anuket, Magma Core. He attended and delivered presentations at various Open Source summits.
Shubham Tatvamasi

As an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), presently working on the Magma Orchestrator (an Open-source 4G/5G Telecom Core).6 years of experience in Software Development in Open-source and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud and OpenStack). Extensively using Ansible, Terraform, and Github Actions to deliver end-to-end one-click automation with CI/CD.Actively involved in community-building, organizing Meetups for the official CNCF Delhi group. Furthermore, created the Magma India Meetup group for collaboration and to help developers learn and contribute to the Magma project. Strongly believes in knowledge-sharing and is very much involved in inspiring others to pursue a career in Cloud Native and Telecom.
Nitin Rajput

A telecom developer specializing in 5G, Open RAN, and cloud-native networks. Nitin has led teams building next-generation core and RAN solutions like xFAPI, HEXAeBPF, and QORE, focusing on interoperable Open RAN, eBPF-based network acceleration and post-quantum security. He has contributed to various open-source communities like OAI, Magma India, NGKore, ORAN-SC, Crossplane, etc. Nitin is a Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKA/CKS), Nitin is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of cloud-native telecom infrastructure.

Prakash Ramchandran

Prakash has 30+ years of Telco/ICT experience with MSEE from IIT Bombay. He is an active OpenStack participant, and has been a veteran consultant on NFV/SDN in the areas of data center and carrier network operations. The companies he has served for include Micronic Devices, IDM, Microdata Consulants, Intelligent System, Tandem, WinVision, AT&T Mobility, seven.com, coverity.com, AT&T Labs, Futurewei/Huawei Technologies and Dell. He was also part of Valley start-ups and other IT /Internet Data Center ventures in late 90's and early 2000. He brought to table the experience building NFV PoCs using OpenStack eco system .Has been a regular attendee of OpenStack, OPNFV, 3GPP NFV/MEC,IEEE forums over last several years in Bay area as well globally in US, China & India.He was Independent member Board of Directors from 2018-2020 three years and helped transition of OpenStack to OpenInfa and sustained the community efforts in India. He lead the Interop efforts and moved on to Kubernetes as underlay using Kupenstak. He has been promoting Magma for Carrier Access & Core Integration in India.Currently leads emerging OTF as Secretary.
