General company FAQs

We go through our Makeway process.

  • This starts with a project kickoff, followed by a “Explore”/Discovery period where we uncover opportunities, do various audits, and gather intel via collaborative workshops.
  • Our “Ideate” phase is where we’ll create the foundations of our project both from a design and technical standpoint.
  • The “Assemble” phase is where it all comes together and we execute according to the project research and plans we’ve aligned on thus far.
  • Before deployment of any project, print or digital, testing occurs.
  • Only after we have crossed our t’s and dotted our i’s does a project get fully revealed to our target audience.
  • Deploying doesn’t mean the project is over. We continue to review and refine and believe that improvements are infinite.

Throughout our entire process, we coordinate closely with your team and keep you informed every step of the way!

Pricing varies from project to project and is dependent on multiple factors. You can read more about our website pricing here, or take a quick quiz to see where your needs would fall on our pricing scale.

We have wide-experience and always aim to understand the project requirements fully so we can recommend the best platform or language to use. Since our portfolio is only a portion of the work we’ve done over the years, please contact us if you have something specific in mind and we’re happy to share our experience in greater detail.

Some of the most-common technologies we use include:

  • PHP and frameworks like Laravel, Codeigniter, and Craft CMS
  • WordPress (Gutenberg, ACF, Woocommerce, Elementor, WP Bakery)
  • Javascript, Jquery, GSAP, React, Next.js, Node JS, Angular
  • Shopify, Liquid
  • Drupal, Twig
  • .NET, Dot Net Nuke/Evoq (DNN)
  • Python
  • Java
  • Tangible Engine (Ideum)
  • …and many more…

We like to say that “Our A team is our only team”. The folks you meet with in the introduction/quoting process are directly involved in the project.

You’ll be working directly with our team of Makers from beginning to end and when necessary, we’ll occasionally bring in specialists from our qualified network of partners.

Our Makeway process has been pressure-tested over many years and we always add in the necessary review points into project timelines for internal and external feedback.

The number of these reviews and timing for them will depend on the size and complexity of the project, but we’ll work with you to align on a schedule for these before we get to work.

Yep! Although it is rarely needed by clients, we provide a 30-day guarantee period on all of the work we do. This means that if there are any issues with the project, just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Any issues that are within the initial scope of work will be fixed at no cost – and if you need something extra, we’re happy to provide an estimate for that. We stand by the quality of our work and want you to feel confident you found the right partner for your project!

The contact us page is the best place to start! Please provide us with as much info as you can about your project so that we can quickly determine if we’re the right partner for you. This can be an RFP, a project brief, or even just a quick summary of what you’re looking to achieve, any budgetary guidelines, and important deadlines.

We’ll get back to you usually within 1-2 business days with follow-up questions and times to connect for a quick discovery call. We’re looking forward to chatting with you!
