Pay It Forward

So like a year ago my friend Tessa had this giveaway thing on her blog where if you were one of the first three to comment, you got a homemade gift from her. I was the third person to comment, so I was the lucky winner of one of her gifts! I totally forgot about it, but a few weeks ago she dropped this super cute sign thing off at my house. Well, the catch was was that I was supposed to turn around and do the same thing....but I'm lazy and never did. So here goes....a year later....

The game works like this-the first 3 people to leave a comment on this post will receive, at some point during the year, a handmade gift from me. What it will be and when it will arrive is a total surprise! The catch is that you must participate as well. 2008 Hyundai Sonata

I am in love love love with my car!

And I got a screamin' good deal on it! I found the exact same car online, but it had 10,000 more miles on it then mine....and it was $6,000 MORE than I paid!

A fun "Home Link" system (I can open the garage door by pushing a little button on my rear-view mirror.)

This car was meant for me. All I have to say is...good things come to those who wait! I have been looking for a car since....April. Yes, 8 months. Yes, I'm a little indecisive...ok A LOT indecisive.

But, I finally made a decision, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

And the best part...I will be able to pay it off in just a couple months!

The not-so-best-part....writing the biggest check I've ever written in my life :(

But all is well.......I am proof that money CAN buy happiness!

Kyla got married!

My friend Kyla got married on September 19th in the Las Vegas temple. A bunch of my girlfriends went and we had a mini-reunion! So fun...but we really missed Amy and Danielle :(
