What’s happening in Marameo Design?

We’ve refreshed the inside out & associates website, evolving the existing site with a more vibrant and engaging design that better reflects the warmth, depth and purpose of the organisation.

While the core structure remains familiar, the updated design introduces brighter colour use, clearer visual hierarchy and more intuitive pathways through their work. Behind the scenes, a leaner and more robust setup improves performance and delivers a smoother user experience.

The result is a welcoming, confident and human digital presence that better supports inside out & associates’ mission, making it easier for people to discover events, training, consulting and peer-led programs, and engage in meaningful conversations around mental distress and recovery.

We’ve launched the new Sydney Health Partners website, consolidating two platforms into a unified WordPress site designed for researchers and healthcare professionals. In-person stakeholder workshops with consumers and researchers shaped the user-centered strategy.

The platform features gated Knowledge Pathways, sequential learning modules with progress tracking and completion analytics. Users can build personal collections and access curated resources. We implemented a two-tier editorial workflow allowing Clinical Academic Group managers to create and edit content while maintaining institutional oversight through automated notifications.

As a website consolidation project, we managed the complex migration of users, content, and credentials from both legacy platforms while implementing comprehensive URL redirect strategies to preserve SEO rankings and ensure all inbound links continued functioning seamlessly.

The site includes enhanced search with metadata filtering, custom Gutenberg blocks for flexible content management, and Active Campaign integration for automated email workflows. Technical delivery included passwordless Magic Link authentication, mobile-first responsive design achieving 85+ PageSpeed scores with full WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance.

We’ve kicked off the first stage of the MMC website revamp with the release of their newly reworked MMR 2025 publications. It’s the first milestone in a much larger transformation and sets a strong foundation for what’s ahead.

The MMR articles have been brought to life as proper website content after previously living as static PDFs. Using AI assisted workflows, we’ve streamlined the conversion process while preserving meaning, structure and clarity. The result is a far smoother reading experience. Visitors can now browse, search and interact with the material with ease, supporting MMC’s goal of making research more accessible and ready for the future.

And we’re only warming up. The full MMC revamp is on the way, and there’s plenty more to come. Stay tuned.

The George Institute started with a very large Drupal website built with Paragraphs. Flexible in theory, but in practice, difficult for content editors to manage and maintain without technical assistance. Their global impact and fast-paced communications required a website that was equally dynamic and easy to use.

We rebuilt the site using Gutenberg for Drupal, empowering their team with a true block-based editing experience. Now, editors can create pages, news, and campaigns without touching a single line of code while still staying on-brand and structured.

The result is a future proof platform that not only supports their global advocacy but makes day to day content publishing faster, more consistent, and a whole lot easier. It’s a big win for their digital comms team and ultimately, their mission to create a healthier world.

Just a day after our last launch, we proudly unveiled a brand-new website for HeatNexus. This fresh platform, built in collaboration with our team at Marameo, unites their innovative research projects dedicated to tackling the health risks of extreme heat.

FoodSwitch, a global leader in food transparency, partnered with Marameo to boost their digital presence. They needed a scalable, user-friendly website to handle expanding data and frequent content updates without sacrificing performance or accessibility. Marameo delivered a custom WordPress solution with bespoke Gutenberg blocks, empowering the FoodSwitch team to manage content easily.

The result is a dynamic platform that effectively communicates their mission and drives informed consumer choices.

The website we built for Liverty helps them achieve their mission by making it easier for people with disabilities and their families to find and understand the housing options they offer.

Our development streak continues as we wrap up the project for Maridulu Budyari Gumal/SPHERE’s new website. Currently, we’re working on content upload and migration from the old site.
