What is the Ohio TechCred Program?
The Ohio TechCred program is a unique Ohio training reimbursement program aimed to support Ohio employers in building a stronger workforce with the skills needed in a technology-infused economy.
- Financial Support: Get reimbursed up to $2,000 per credential, with a maximum of $30,000 per employer per round, and up to $180,000 a year.
- Comprehensive Assistance: We guide you through every step from application to reimbursement.
- Upskill and Retain Talent: Invest in your team to enhance their skills and secure Ohio’s top talent.
How Does Ohio TechCred Work?
- Identify Skills Needs and Employees: Determine the technical skills your employees need.
- Partner: Collaborate with a credential provider like Max Technical Training.
- Apply Online: Submit your application through the Ohio TechCred website.
- Enroll Employees: Register your employees in the chosen programs.
- Upload Proof of Completion: Upload the proof once training is completed.
- Receive Reimbursement: Get reimbursed up to $2,000 per credential, with a maximum of $30,000 per employer per round.
