Missy Palitzsch - Term ending 2028 - Vice President
Missy Palitzsch is a Senior Mortgage Banker at Flat Branch Home Loans, specializing in assisting first- time homebuyers, families upgrading to their next home, and real estate investors. active in her community, Missy is a member of the St. Charles Association of Realtors, the programs chair for the St. Charles County Women's Council of Realtors, and a former chair of the board for The Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce. She has received numerous awards including the "St. Charles County Association of realtors President's Award," and "Member of the Year" from the Women's Council of Realtors. Outside of work, Missy enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her husband Tom and their four children.
Tim Walters - Term ending 2028 - Secretary/Treasurer
Tim Walters, Account Manager at Arch MI, has been serving Missouri and Southern Illinois lenders for over 25 years. A St. Louis University graduate and an Eagle Scout, Tim has been an active leader in the local Boy Scouts and a dedicated contributor to the MBA of St. Louis through committee work and leadership roles. A Certified Mortgage Banker since 2002, he continues to serve the industry with passion and expertise.

Melisa Jones is Senior Vice President of Lending for CrossCountry Mortgage. Since joining the industry in 2006, I have become passionate about my love for real estate, finance and helping people. I care deeply for our clients and their financial well-being. Outside of mortgages, my husband Adam has a 3rd-generation family farm, and we have two beautiful daughters who keep us on our toes! I’m dedicated to supporting local businesses and charities — especially youth athletics, as the proud coach and sponsor of a local volleyball program.
