Terms of Service

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "Service" refers to the game distribution, account management, and credit exchange services provided by Mega888Today.
• "Software" refers to the Mega888 mobile application (APK/iOS) downloaded via our portal.
• "RNG" refers to the Random Number Generator used to determine game outcomes.

2. License to Use

2.1 Limited License: Mega888Today grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2.2 Restrictions: You agree not to distribute, lease, sell, or sublicense the Software. You must not attempt to decrypt, reverse engineer, or modify the Software's code.

3. Betting Rules & Fair Play

3.1 Syndicate Betting: Collusion between players or the use of multiple accounts to manipulate game results (Syndicate Betting) is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

3.2 Irregular Play: We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals if "Irregular Play" is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, placing equal, zero, or low-margin bets to satisfy bonus turnover requirements.

3.3 Software Aids: The use of artificial intelligence (AI) software, bots, or external "prediction" tools is considered fraud. We employ anti-cheat algorithms to detect such activities.

4. Financial Terms

4.1 Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Exchange rates for other currencies (SGD, THB) are determined by the daily market rate.

4.2 Dormant Accounts: An account is considered "Dormant" if it has not been accessed for twelve (12) consecutive months. Mega888Today reserves the right to forfeit any positive balance in a Dormant account to cover administrative costs.

4.3 Maximum Payout: The maximum payout for a single slot game round may be capped according to the game provider's limits. It is the player's responsibility to understand these limits within the game client.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

5.1 No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

5.2 Force Majeure: Mega888Today shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure (e.g., server crashes due to natural disasters).

5.3 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Mega888Today harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your violation of these Terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
