May began with Emma turning the big"12" oh yes in young women's , she started with girls kidnapping her early before school and dressing her up , then a party with lots of girls and we made lolly pops! Then we got ears pierced. The girls and I ran the 5k at church on a warm Saturday morning after which we sent Carissa off to Senior Ball and went to the Judd's awesome Kentucky Derby party in which Thayne's horse won! Go Orb! He gave me the dozen red roses, Kate's won third she got candy so Thayne helped her out with eating them. We had a dance performance at the high school for Carissa and the senior "stuff" has taken over our lives. We are learning lots of things to do differently with the next ones:) we began the process of the yard work! Rocks, dirt, bobcats,cement trucks, plants, some really nice guys that made the place look beautiful the final pictures will debut in June. Mean while life was still happening we had a lap a thon at the school where Thayne ran 4 miles!! He never gave up and gave it his all! Swim season began, and Thayne turned 9 oh yeah a Saturday of his favorites! In n out Taco Bell , presents, cake ice cream it's good to be 9! To end the month we had Memorial Day festivities with pancake breakfast at the park and then off to the program in Walnut Creek. This year it was cold but the music is always moving. This has become our favorite tradition. It helps us be grateful for our freedoms and those who serve our country. Now on to a full month of June! Can't wait.....

The biggest photo dump and jam packed April yet

Colton turned five! Which means we went the zoo, all the Horspool cousins came for spring break, ate out, went bowling, hiking, and had lots of ice cream with movies too. Addison branched out and ran for sophomore class president for 2013-14 and won that little stinker. All props goes to the most talented Bro. Adams and his fabulous family for helping her every step of the way. To top it off Colton joined the ranks of broken collar bone # 4 in the Merrill family. Carissa started senior loveliness with a cap and gown only one month away till the end!!
