Supervisor mode provides 24/7 support access. Learners can request a supervisor at any time and, once connected, communicate via audio or text. Supervisors can see the scenario from multiple viewpoints, understand challenges instantly and guide the learner using prompting tools.

Replay mode gives trainers a complete record of a learner’s scenario attempt, including every decision, action, and interaction. Trainers can review attempts online, walk learners through key moments, and gather clear evidence for portfolios or audits. Together, these features create a more transparent, supportive and effective learning experience.

Randomisation

Endlessly adaptive scenarios for stronger assessment

Randomisation is embedded across selected Metaverse Learning immersive learning programs, creating a dramatically more dynamic and realistic experience. With a 1 in 12 million chance of a learner seeing the same scenario twice, each attempt introduces new variables such as changing environments, weather conditions and time-of-day shifts.
