The girls swimming

Gracie and Sara-Jane have been taking swim lessons from a Porter Urmston(he goes to our church) and there doing very well. Sara-JAne doesn't like to go under water but she will know and has even started to swim a little, and Gracie is swimming on her own.

We had a swim party at Big Grandma's house and Sara-Jane had some little friends over to swim. She had a Cinderella cake(her favorite princess) and hot dogs.te princess) and hot dogs.

Summer

Summer is off to a great start so far. Were keeping busy and enjoying styaying cool indoors. We've been to the Grandma and Grandpa's houses to swim and everyone loves that. Benjamin and Jack are pretty good swimmers, the girls stay i there floaties and Charlotte is carried around by me. So far we've got a good schedule going and I hope we can keep it up.
Today at lunch time I left Charlotte in her chair a little to long plus she missed her morning nap and this is what happened.

Jack turned 8 years old.

March 29th Jack Henry turned 8 years old. He is getting so big. He is still as stubborn as ever and at the same time is such a good helper. He loves to help his dad with anything outside, he loves gymnastics, cooking, teasing his sisters, building with legos, roller skating and playing with his
friends.

Month of April

Jacked turned 8 years old and got to get baptized. He was very excited and had a great day. After the baptism we had family and friends ovewr for a BBQ celebration.
Charlotte turned 11 months and started walking. Our earliest to walk. I was ready for it, she is a heavy girl to pack around. Michael with the help of family and friends put tile in our house.

Happy 1st Birthday Charlotte

Charlotte turned 1 years old on May 12th. She is so happy. She loves to eat, play with the kids and walk all over the house and make a mess. She has 6 teeth and manages to eat everything. She weighs 28lbs and is 31 inches long. She is by far the biggest baby we've had. Charlotte loves to put legos in her mouth and chew on them, when we tell her to give it to us we squeeze her cheeks and out it will pop. About a week ago I was changing a dirty diaper and there was a lego head in there, it was so gross, but of course I had to go show Michael we were both amused.

Disneyland

In May we went to Disneyland with the 4 big kids. We did the Give A Day Get A Day and made blankets for project Linus. We made 4 balnkets and got 4 free tickets to Disneyland.

CharBella is 8 months old

CharBella, that is the nickname her daddy came up with when she was born and that is what we call her.(for those of you who didn't know) She is 8 months old and still the happiest baby ever. She is crawling all over and has been for a while, as you can see by the picture she loves to pull herself up on everything she can. She loves all the attention she gets around here and is friendlt to everyone.

Happy 5th Birthday!

Gracie had a Birthday on January 19th. She is know 5 years old. I can't even believe it. She will go to Kindergarten in the fall. We also moved into our house 5 years ago. We moved into our house and 4 days later I had Gracie. My labor with her was 3 hours from begining to end. Everything went great with the delivery. When Gracie was 5 days old I ended up back in the hospital with a fever of 104, and an infection. I was in for a week, hooked up to IV, and oral Meds also. I had all kids of things wrong with me. I had a few cat scans and lost a bunch of weight. I had 2 blood transfusions, it was awful. When I was able to go home I had to have a pic line(?) put in and had to be on IV meds for an other week. I will never forget that whole experience, it was awful. I have an awesome doctor who let me keep Gracie with me the whole time as long as I had someone with me 24/7, so my Mom stayed with me during the day and MIchael stayed at night. My mother-in-law also came a couple of dys and stayed with me. I'm very grateful I made it through that experience and am grateful for all my family.

Merry Christmas/Charlotte 7 months

Here's the girls in their Christmas dresses. Charlotte is know 7 months old and moving like crazy. She is so much fun.

She's a big girl!

Guess who is potty trained. It only took 2 weeks. I think I'm more excited than she is. 4 down and 1 more to go. Horray!

6 Months old

Charlotte turned 6 months on the 12th. She weighs 19lbs and is 29 inches. She is in the 100% for her height and 95% for her weight, she is by far the biggest girl I've had. She is also the quickest. She has been eating baby food since 4 months, she starting sitting on her own and scooting around on her belly at 5 1/2 months. She is a very happy baby and so easy. She puts herself to sleep in her own bed, but still wakes twice a night. She is growing so fast. We love her.
