Vast world-building video game

Minecraft Beta is a version of the popular sandbox game created by Mojang. It lets you test new features, as well as discover and report bugs to get addressed in future updates. Place your blocks strategically and embark on endless adventures. It's an ever-expanding experience that has stood the test of time.

Even though Minecraft Beta has received plenty of feature additions, it keeps the same core game mechanics: assemble your own world. However, seeing as Minecraft Beta acts as a testing ground, expect to run into a few bugs and issues that will be addressed in the main version.

How do you play it?

As the name suggests, the principal activity of Minecraft is mining and building. The things you will mine are gold, which would then be used to buy supplies you'll need for crafting like a home, a few weapons, and other essential items. With the game’s vast environment, there are a few things you can start with. The first and most important activity, though, is collecting logs

You can gather logs from trees by moving toward the tree and clicking it with your left mouse button. This will be a common activity as logs are the base for most basic gear, for example, torches, crafting tables, and chests. Another important source is Bedrock. They're thick blocks that keep gatecrashers from moving toward you.

You can make a shovel and uncover four layers off the ground. You can also go into cavern mines where you discover coal and iron to add to your stock. To prepare for exploration, you should bring lights, a blade, and a suite of reinforcement. It's also crucial to note that in order to access the beta options, you will need to have the main Minecraft game installed.

What else are there?

Your most significant apparatus is lights. As with real mines, there is no characterized passageway or exit, so it will help to light your way. Minecraft Beta accompanies more highlights that can upgrade your reality-building experience. The most outstanding one is multiplayer online gameplay which permits you and up to three other players to play on a nearby server.

Another new feature is customizable Skins. This allows you to change the appearance of default characters — Steve and Alex — to something that suits your liking. A boon for some players, Minecraft Beta offers an offline mode. There will be a few features that are not accessible offline such as in-game buys and leaderboard refreshes, but at least you get to play even without an internet connection.

It's important to note that single-player and multiplayer by means of LAN allow you to play offline. Any bonuses will automatically sync up to your account the next time you go online in the game. Its open-world exploration model allows you to make houses and build different structures on different guides or work as an independent player or with a group.

Fun and social building game

All in all, while Minecraft has grown beyond its PC roots into the mobile space with its official Android and iOS ports, Minecraft Beta is a unique and exclusive experience in and of itself. It's the only version that will let you basically experience all the latest, untested features and gameplay that the developed has brewing in the pipeline. If you're a die-hard fan, this is pretty much a must-play.

Minecraft is much better & much more free play than other games that have been launched. Nothing to make you choose one thing over another, nothing forcing you to do nothing else, Minecraft is the game to go to.
