I’m Michael (Mixel) Dawes, an Artist and developer based in Leeds, UK. A huge 16bit fan. (especially the Amiga platform) I aim to make games that play smoothly and evoke the wonder and nostalgia of the classic era, showcasing a unique graphics style and writing.
My Creative Mission
Games for original and modern hardware plus tips to get the games running on varied or unusual setups.
No GenAI or asset packs. Each creation has painstakingly made graphics and music. The soul of each game, and a labour of love.
