Yoga

Alright, guys, we're gonna have a great workout today. 

First, I want you to lay down your yoga mat... make sure it's nice a squishy, just like mine.

You know, if you consistently practice your yoga every day, you will get a body like mine. I know... it's amazing. 

Alright, we're going to start off real easy here, just bend your body forward, nice and easy....

...into downward facing dog. That's it... feel that stretch!

Ooh! A pluggy!

Yeah, I love my pluggies. 

The pluggy is an essential relaxation tool.... didn't you know?

Oh, the power of the pluggy... getting.... so.... sleeeeeeeepy.......

Playing

We love being at home and playing together. Owen has so much imagination and is always inventing games to play. He has a constantly running commentary about whatever he's doing and imagining that is hilarious to listen to. Nora is going to be just the same - she loves playing with Owen and can't wait to be able to keep up with him. Owen also loves to dress up, and wears his costumes all over the place. Last week he went to library story time as Batman, and a few days later I ran errands with Peter Pan. It's not unusual for him to be four or five separate characters in one day. :)

One of Owen's favorite things to play is Legos. We have the old set that I grew up with, and even though it's missing tons of pieces, Owen will spend forever putting things together and creating whole worlds. His most favorite thing in the world is for everyone to come up and play with him.

I know it has been a while, but things have been going really well for our little family. Nicki is really busy working on Halloween costumes, so I wanted to get some pictures up for her. 

Nora has been doing so much better lately. Nicki has done a great job cutting out dairy and soy and Nora has turned into a completely different baby.
