Modoc Nation is seeking qualifications from qualified contractors for the complete construction of a Training Community Building located at 10051 S 608 Rd, Miami, OK 74354. The project outputs include an 11,625 sq ft facility with a 250 sq ft interior safe room, a 1,200 sq ft sidewalk, and 1,000 sq yds of car parking, featuring a wood frame, brick siding, and vinyl windows. Interested parties are to provide bids to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete the project. All bids from General Contractors shall be whole and assume all sub-contracts and divisions of labor. The project must be completed within the agreed number of calendar days starting from the Notice to Proceed issued by Modoc Nation.
