No VanMoof account is needed to explore community features, events, and the marketplace. To connect and control your bike via Bluetooth, you'll need your VanMoof bike credentials.

Absolutely. Both apps are privacy-first. Your ride data stays on your device. We don't sell data or track you. Location data is only used locally for CityGuard zones.
Yes. Ride tracking, FOCUS Dashboard, MoofMatch, events, and the marketplace work with any e-bike. Bluetooth bike control is VanMoof-specific (Series 1-5).
