6-week course
You Can Become A Homeowner- is for ALL women, especially Black, Brown, Indigenous and Queer/Trans who have been left out of the housing market for far too long. It's a course for the ones who always give so much to others; community activists, creatives, single moms, entrepreneurs, and artists.
This course will take you from:
"What is escrow?' to "I am ready to buy my very first house."
From homebuyer curious to keys in hand!
This course is for you if you're:
After completing You Can Become A Homeowner, you will have:
Created a plan to buy your very own house. This includes looking at all of the scary stuff, your bank account numbers, your credit score, your loan qualification. You will know what stands between you and your future home.
A crystal clear vision of what your dream home looks like (not your parents or your roommates vision but yours!) and where you want to live AND the path to get there.
Learned all of the real estate terms, market seasons, and who to add to your #TeamFutureHome to make the process as stress-free as possible (and hopefully FUN too).
A community of women cheering you on and holding space for all of the emotions this journey will take you through. We'll be here to lift you up and once you have those keys we'll be there to make sure you are the best homeowner you can be.

We begin in August and meet weekly on Mondays from 6-7:30PM (PST)
To keep the group small, I am only opening 20 spots
10% goes to returning Indigenous land to Indigenous people. Learn more about the Sogorea Te’ Land Trust nonprofit led by Indigenous women
