Had run out of my Papa&Barkley 1:3 CBD:THC drops months ago. Like, before 'ween 2025 long ago. (six months?!)

Decided to resupply, as I remember it helps me relax and fall asleep at bedtime.

So, tried a new dispensary, that is conveniently across the street and about 1/2 block away. LA Kush.

They have a small parking lot that is shared with other small shops, so I had to park a few blocks away and walk.

Nice, clean, and friendly shop. And they carry the bigger bottle, 1ounce! Huzzah!

Purchased the 1ounce bottle of Papa&Barkley 1:3 CBD:THC drops. Because I was a 1st time customer, recv'd a discount. With the discount, total cost was just under US$60. Another Huzzah!

I suspect LA Kush will be my new preferred dispensary.

Walked to our local Jack In The Box yesterday.

Cheeseburger combos for all of us.

I took a book to read, but things did not get quiet to read it, and that was okay: We chatted on-and-off for most of the time, which I think was better.

Had soda refills, stayed a bit longer, then walked back home.

Seems everyone had a nice time.

Another day of mild to medium Spring rain

Somehow the cold rainy day makes it feel like deep winter! Wearing three layers of clothes. Furnace on, to keep the chill away.

Enjoying how the outside plants look, and the crisp air. But it's chilly!

Father/son - Rick's

Did our traditional father/son lunch yesterday. Chose Rick's.

Walked there. Had cheeseburger combos. Was yum. Hung out. Chatted. Then walked home.

Father/son - Fatburger

Went to Fatburger yesterday.

Fatburger burger combos with fat fries and a soda for each of us.

To their credit, I was stuffed just eating the regular combo.

Chat, and hangout for about an hour (as they have a 1hr parking lot).

Then brought home shakes for dessert.

Had a nice time.

Had been discussing ice cream desserts with my Offspring.

Decided to really indulge this wkend.

So we went to Fosselman's.

I decided to try a traditional banana split. Three scoops of ice cream, of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Three toppings of pineapple, chocolate, and strawberry. Chopped nuts and three cherries, too!

Was only able to consume half, then brought the rest home, and put in the freezer.

After a few hrs, finished it off.

My offspring had a three scoop sundae.

Seems like we had a nice time. But wow, can't go too often, or we're gonna get Santa bellies!

Father/son - hang out, chat, lunch, The Hat

Drove our repaired 2011 Honda Pilot to one of our favorite local cheeseburger places, The Hat.

This time I decided to get something different. So got a pastrami with pickle and mustard.

Was wonderful. Could only eat half. Took the rest home, and had it as Sunday lunch.
