Courtney is bugging me about posting,so I guess I will. Ummm... nothing much has been happening. I am of course studying a lot for all of my classes... I plan on applying to be a TA for anatomy. I might not make it because a lot of people want to be TAs, but I'm going to try. We'll see what happens. As of now, we have finished all of our lab quizzes for anatomy and are preparing for the final. This means that I have to know all of the terms really well. Not only do I want to do well on the final, but I have to be able to teach any lesson from lab for my TA interview. Other good news, I only have one lab to make up for my Chem 107 class and then that class is done!!! Isn't that exciting! I'm so excited to go home for the summer! I plan on getting a job, maybe reading ahead for my classes, and volunteering at a hospital. I need to start a regular schedule of volunteering and shadowing in the medical field, so I am really excited. So, I'll try to keep up with this blog now... But that's all I have to say for now!
Adios!

Okay... so this is my first official blog thanks to my sister. I'll try to update every once and a while.

Anyways, I've already started my second semester of college at BYU and I'm loving it! I'm taking Chem 106 and 107 (107 is a chemistry lab), World Music Culture 203, Intro to Microbiology 151, the second half of the Book of Mormon, and Anatomy!!!!!!!!!! It's going to be way hard, but I'm liking it so far. Mostly, I am glad that I am taking 4 science classes. So good. By the way, if you didn't know, I love love love science and am going to be a doctor in the future. My favorite class so far is Anatomy for sure. It is so amazing. We've already covered the bones and we are moving on to muscles. The greatest part of this is that we get to work with cadavers to learn from now on! The cadavers are so amazing and I love learning by actually looking at a dissected human body. I go to my anatomy lecture and lab every week, but I also get to go into open labs where we can have extra time with the cadavers (they also put out arms and stuff so that the full cadavers aren't too crowded). It is so cool. Right now we're on the arm and facial muscles. So so so cool!
Also, right now I have to look into off-campus housing for BYU for next semester. This is not fun. I want something close to campus and cheap. My roommates and I are also hoping to stay together. This whole searching process is really difficult! If anyone has any suggestions, just let me know. For now, I'm going to keep on looking!
Well, I had better go read for my classes (I've got some tests coming up).
Adios!
