Title: A Tale of Two Fathers (or The Parent Inception)
Pairings: Arthur/Eames, Arthur/Robert, Arthur/Cobb (past relationship)
Rating: PG13 to start, Hard R to finish
Word Count: 40,121 (Complete)
Summary: It's The Parent Trap, Inception-style. Arthur and Eames are divorced with twin sons (biologically Arthur's born to a surrogate mother). The boys, separated from infanthood, accidentally meet at camp. You know the rest.

The two boys are almost immediately whispering and giggling with each other, carrying the suitcases from the driveway into the house and leaving Arthur and Eames alone.

It's awkward.

There's no other way to describe it.

He tries to hug Eames and Eames tries to shake his hand. Then they switch intentions and are off from each others' movements again with Eames going for a hug and Arthur offering his hand.

Luckily Eames smirks instead of frowning when Arthur barks out a laugh and the tension is broken.

"I suppose this will get easier with time," he says

Arthur doesn't know if that means he feels the same dull ache in his chest at wondering how things might have been between them now if they'd stayed together. But he's certainly not going to ask.

Title: A Tale of Two Fathers (or The Parent Inception)
Pairings: Arthur/Eames, Arthur/Robert
Rating: PG13 for now, will go up
Word Count: 13,192
Summary: It's The Parent Trap, Inception-style. Arthur and Eames are divorced with twin sons (biologically Arthur's born to a surrogate mother). The boys, separated from infanthood, accidentally meet at camp. You know the rest.

"So we should come to you, I'm assuming? Or would you rather come here?"

"I ... I don't know. You're coming, too?"

"Don't be thick, Arthur. Of course. We've let this go on for far too long. Best to all get together and sort it. I'm not going to just put Forrest on a plane and say goodbye, am I. Is that what you want?"

He can feel a little of the old anger starting to rise.

"No. No, of course not. We should all be together. And besides, Forrest will have to commit passport fraud again just by traveling here. He'll need an adult, just in case. I just ... I didn't think ... "

" ... you'd see me darken your doorstep again?"

"Well ... yes, if we're being honest."

"I promise to be on my very best behavior, darling."

Oh fuck! Where the bloody hell did that come from? It's just too damn easy to slip back into teasing Arthur, even all these years later, now that they're apparently being civil. He'll have to really watch himself.

Title: A Tale of Two Fathers (or The Parent Inception)
Pairings: Arthur/Eames, Arthur/Robert
Rating: PG13 for now, will go up in last two chapters
Word Count: 6,145
Summary: It's The Parent Trap, Inception-style. Arthur and Eames are divorced with twin sons (biologically Arthur's born to a surrogate mother). The boys, separated from infanthood, accidentally meet at camp. You know the rest.

"Tell me what to expect at the airport when I first arrive," Forrest says. "Will he be waiting for me?"

"I'm certain he will. We've never been apart for this long ... " Hugh's voice catches a bit. He hopes Forrest doesn't notice. "Father always said he had to fight so hard to keep me when I was a baby that he didn't want to ever send me away to school and such. I don't quite know how I convinced him to let me come all the way to America for six whole weeks."

When he risks a glance, he sees that Forrest is looking at the floor and scuffing his trainer toes.

"It's hard to imaging Dad being the one fighting him so hard. He's always so nice to everybody."

"Yeah, well, obviously he didn't try to take me away or anything, because I'm still living with my father and not yours. I think he's just always worried, because, well, we're not biological, you know, so he was afraid that your father ... that he ... that your dad would try to take me back."

"He wouldn't! He's not like that!"

Title: Experimental Conclusions (Chapter 3 of 3) sequel to The Camp Evergreen Experiment
Pairings: Arthur/Eames, Arthur/OMC (briefly)
Rating: R
Word Count: 15,292
Summary: Arthur is on spring break and enlists his sister's help to spend the whole vacation visiting Eames in Chicago without their parents knowing. He has some goals for the trip.

Not that the upcoming visit is completely without stress. Arthur has a few things wants to accomplish between now and next Sunday morning.

First off, and most-importantly, he wants to work up the courage to use "the L word." They've been dancing around it on the phone and in chats for at least a month. But Arthur hasn't been brave enough to actually say it (or type it). And, anyway, he figures it's the kind of thing that's better to do in person for the first time.

Regardless, he has no doubt that he is in love with Eames. He'd spent so long studiously ignoring any feelings deeper than friendship between them, because they scared the Hell out of him. But it's gotten to the point where even Arthur can't deny it any longer.

The second thing is somehow even more terrifying. He wants to raise the idea of having sex-sex together. He knows Eames isn't entirely comfortable with the idea, or at least he hadn't been eight months earlier when the subject had awkwardly come up between them at camp. And Arthur hardly even understands how it works anyway, if he's being honest. But he feels like two people who are committed and exclusive and, gulp, in love, should probably at least consider it.

He's tried, at length, to imagine it, but he honestly can't. He always defaults back to thinking about the things he knows how to do. He spent a little time looking online, but the results he'd found were kind of scary--and kind of hot--but mostly confusing. He'd given up and figured that Eames would know more about it than him, anyway, having been aware of his own sexuality for far longer.

Title: Experimental Conclusions (Chapter 2 of 3) sequel to The Camp Evergreen Experiment
Pairings: Arthur/Eames, Arthur/OMC (briefly)
Rating: R
Word Count: 8,219
Summary: Arthur goes on a college visit and arranges to spend the night at Eames' dorm afterward. But their relationship is still very much up in the air and he has no idea what to expect from the trip.

Things had been almost awkward between them on the phone while planning the visit. Arthur had felt a bit worried about telling Eames that he couldn't see him until after his day of touring Northwestern, not wanting any distractions from the experience. Eames had insisted that Arthur didn't need to stay with him so many times that Arthur couldn't help worrying, just a little bit, that maybe Eames didn't want him there. He was pretty sure Eames was just trying not to presume anything, but it was hard not to feel confused about the situation.

They aren't back together and he has no idea what Eames wants in that regard. Maybe he wants to be Arthur's boyfriend again now. But maybe he just wants to hook up with him and then carry on the same as they've done all school year so far. Or maybe he just wants to be friends.

Arthur would like to get back together, but only if they're really going to do it. He's thought really hard about the idea of an open relationship and he knows he couldn't handle it. He doesn't want to let anything happen with Eames until he knows where they stand. But he also knows it's going to be awfully hard to turn Eames down, even if they don't want the same thing.

He is fucking starving for physical affection, and, not to be crude, but for someone to make him come. Before Eames he'd kissed one person per year and not really felt all that deprived by the sparseness of this arrangement. But it's been about four months since camp ended and he's absolutely dying for any kind of contact.

Title: Experimental Conclusions (Chapter 1 of 3) sequel to The Camp Evergreen Experiment
Pairings: Arthur/Eames, Arthur/OMC (briefly)
Rating: PG-13 for now
Word Count: 3,928
Summary: Arthur is just finishing up his final high school tennis season and reflects on all the ways his life has changed since camp ended and he and Eames started their long-distance not-relationship, an arrangement he may be starting to regret.

He'd tried jerking off thinking about Jamie a couple of times, but he always ended up just thinking about Eames. No matter who he tries thinking about--actors, musicians, his dentist's sexy assistant with the skin-tight tee-shirts--he always finishes thinking about Eames.

They've emailed pretty regularly over the past couple of months. Arthur isn't sure how much Eames is holding back about his college life, but he seems pretty open and candid, anyway. He apparently loves his classes--especially life drawing--gets along with his roommate, spends a lot of time exploring Chicago while it's still warm enough to venture around freely, and is growing out his hair.

Arthur tells Eames most things about his life. Although he had censored a fairly eventful story about Lux, because it touched on some uncomfortable subjects.

Title: The Teacher and the Cheater
Author: mrsdstephens, SamanthaStephens
Characters: Arthur/Eames, Arthur/ Robert (Past Relationship) Ariadne, Yusuf, Cobb
Rating: NC-17
Word Count: 39,704
Summary: Academia-AU In which Arthur is a frustrated young professor in his first tenure-track position at a university in Manhattan. Eames is a too-smart-for-his-own-good guy he keeps running into around town--one who has a secret. Happy ending guaranteed, no matter how dire it looks in the excerpt below.

Eames' face is full of concern when he opens the door, clearly picking up on Arthur's distress. Before he can find the right words, Arthur shoves the paper into Eames' hands. Either he'll recognize it or he won't.

Arthur's heart breaks a little when he sees Eames' horrified reaction as he looks down at the paper. There's no disguising that he knows exactly what Arthur is accusing him of doing. He doesn't even try to deny it. In fact, he looks almost as sad as Arthur feels. At least that probably means that he didn't know the paper he'd written was for one of Arthur's students. It's a small comfort, but Arthur is glad to know he wasn't intentionally targeted or taken advantage of, just caught in a very ugly, very unfortunate coincidence.

"Arthur, I ..." Eames starts, voice filled with contrition.

But Arthur interrupts his apology: "Don't ever call me again. Delete my information from your email. Forget we ever met."

Eames looks devastated. Some tiny part of Arthur feels glad that Eames seems just as heartbroken about the end of this thing between them as he does.

Maybe that's what compels him to say: "I'm not going to turn you in. But you could have gotten me fired. So don't ever acknowledge that you know me. From now on, we are strangers."

Rating: R
Word Count: 75,401
Summary: In which camp ends and Arthur and Eames have a hard time coping with that reality.
Warning: Angst. But I promise it will be resolved in the three-chapter sequel that is already fully outlined.

"What are you planning on doing in here that you're so concerned about privacy?" Eames asks, smirking. "I thought we were just having a kip."
"Well maybe a little more than sleeping."
"How much more?"
Arthur shrugs.
"This much more?" Eames asks, reaching out and grabbing Arthur's hand.
"Maybe."
"This much more?"
He leans forward and kisses Arthur's cheek.
"Just a little more."
"This much?"
He oh so gently brushes his lips against Arthur's.
"That all you got?"
"No. I might have a thing or two reserved."
"Well?" Arthur arches his eyebrow in challenge.

Title: A Special Kind of Pen Pal
Pairings: Arthur/Eames
Rating: NC-17
Word Count: 4,253 (first three chapters)
Summary:  Arthur and Eames have been sending each other sex tapes and sexy pics for more than two years. Now Dom is headed to Mombassa to get Eames to join the inception team and they're going to see each other for the first time since they became pen pals.
Warning: Original characters are sometimes taped having sex without their consent, although the sex itself is 100 percent consensual.

This was previously posted, although never finished, at the second Kink Fest, here.

"Eames," he says. "I realize this is a little bit different than my usual. But I'm pretty sure you're going to be on your way to Paris by tomorrow morning and I want you to know that while I argued strenuously with Cobb over recruiting you for this project, I can't help but be a little worked up at the idea of seeing you again after so long. I was so anxious, in fact, that while I knew I had to make one more video for you before you arrived, I couldn't be bothered to find someone to help me out. So instead I'm going to take a nice, hot shower and see if I can't relax a bit."
At this Arthur offers a grin that he knows is lopsided and a bit boyish, then steps back to turn on the water.
He takes his time soaping up his arms and chest and rinsing them off in a way that makes sure to put his body in front of the camera's lens. Then he bends over and soaps his legs, making sure his ass is right up on display. After rinsing for far longer than is traditional necessary, he decides to tease a bit and winks at the camera while he pauses to wash his hair. He keeps grinning as he does a quick condition and rinse, imagining Eames swearing at the video for taking up time doing something so dull.
After another minute, he turns the shower's pressure way down, looks right at the camera and says: "The hot water feels so nice, but I'm still all tense and anxious thinking about you coming. Coming here, where I live. I think I'm going to have to try to relax a little harder."
