Strings Attached is a South Florida ensemble specializing in high-energy fresh arrangements and compositions.
Cellist Stephanie Jaimes has a background in classical music and is passionate about challenging the traditional role of the cello with her percussive extended-techniques, such as Chopping and Slapping.
Pianist Kevin Maddox, aka the melody maker, combines his in-depth background in Jazz with his love for Hip-hop and RnB to create soulful melodic lines on his keyboard.
On more rockin’ occasions, this ensemble is joined by drummer Emily Maddox which allows the group to explore dynamic and rhythmic textures in their arrangements.
