WELCOME TO Multi-x Plastics
Our manufacturing process is called Dip Moulding. Which is an extremely versatile process which in essence works the reverse of injection moulding.
That is, the moulding is done on the external surface of the mould, as apposed to filling a cavity in the mould.
This process substantially reduces mould costs and lead times to production. Consequently customised product moulding can be done very cost effectively, especially where the products are for a short run, or specialised applications, such as components.
It also facilitates development of new products, because sampling can be done very cheaply, when compared to other processes of polymer conversion.
We are able to create a variety of different products to meet specific solutions and needs. We have a huge range of tooling and have the ability to create new products by customizing new moulds. We are sure to be able to create a working solution, to a variety of needs.
