2 Months

Celebratory Dinner

I recently recieved the opportunity to shift to a new job. 

I was returning from medical leave on July 13, 2015, planning to work 4 weeks part time, and then continue back to my full time. 

However, while I was on my leave a lot of changes happened in my department, and Marc and I thought it would be a good idea if I looked for a job elsewhere. 

And I did! 

This is a picture of us at dinner on my last day at Gesa.

It's a new local pizza place!

I actually went into work that day intending to complete my 2 weeks notice I had given them. They informed me it wasn't necessary and they would pay me for my time I was slated to work! 

Sweet! 

So I got another week of maternity leave, and I got to be paid for it!

Best. Ever!

Fourth Of July

          We celebrated Fourth of July the best way possible, going to the parade of course! Abigail did great, no crying no fussing, she mostly slept... We aren't mad about it! (;

First Swim

This last week we were lucky enough to get to take Abigail on her first swim!

We were accompanied by the Ottley crew as well.

 

She LOVED it.

She also loves bath time, so we weren't too worried.

It was really hot outside, so I think she liked the cooler water

It wasn't long before she was out cold.

She was almost falling asleep in the water.

Marc and I took turns holding her and walking around and swimming.

Tami got some pizza, we brought some pop.
Pizza. Pop. Swimming.
