[All nations of the world received an invitation exactly a week ago. On it is the following message:
You are invited to the annual World Meeting!The meeting will be held a week from today, 9AM CET at the Hotel Residence Elite, conference room 5B, in Venice, Italy (it's near the airport, too!). Please arrive promptly and have your invitation with you as it will be your ticket inside. I hope to see you all, and after the meeting, lunch will be provided!

So today is the day of the world meeting. Is your character settled in? Is he or she running late to the meeting? Or maybe your character is extra early. Maybe they've even explored a bit of Venice before entering the conference room. Maybe their flight got delayed… or they totally lost their invitation.
When they do arrive (if they end up making it), it seems the person hosting the meeting isn't even there yet! Oh, Italy, up to his usual antics.]
