Farmers today carry a heavy burden. They keep the world fed, but are constantly walking a fine line between sustainability and profitability.
On one hand, over-application of fertilizers is known to cause more greenhouse gas effects than all of air travel combined every year, but on the other, applying less than what crops need can significantly reduce yield, and therefore their bottom line.
At Nerit’e, we believe that farmers can become our heroes, champions of sustainability, if they just have the right tools to apply just the right amount at the right time.

Our story
Nerite GmbH was founded in December of 2022 with little more than motivation and a clear mission: to provide farmers with the tools to optimize fertilizer use in their fields.
After years of research and lab testing, the team found the right approach through a combination of on-site sensors, backed by satellite data and AI. We are the first to provide a real-time and plant-available monitoring solution to farmers, revealing details like nutrient use efficiency, early disease detection and optimal fertilization planning.
