Tatra-Leasing is a subsidiary of Tatra Banka and a member of Raiffeisen bank. The company has been active on the Slovak leasing market for more than 30 years. Tatra Leasing’s goal is to help create and develop business through asset financing and become the first choice in the area of decision-making on financing.

Soitron is a Central European integrator operating in the IT market since 1991. It offers its clients products and services in the field of robotization and process automation, cybersecurity, data centres, IoT solutions, IT outsourcing, communication and network solutions, IT support and advisory. Its product portfolio includes smart police car solutions – Mosy and cybersecurity services – VOID Security Operations Center. 

Stredoslovenská energetika (SSE) is a well-established supplier of electricity and gas in Slovakia. The company was founded almost 100 years ago and has grown into the largest supplier of energy in Central Slovakia. SSE supplies energy to more than 700,000 customers, whereby products and services range from 100% ecological electricity, photovoltaics and heat pumps to energy certificates, energy audits and charging stations for electric cars. SSE is owned by the Slovak government and EPH. Lenka Dovalová is Project Manager in SSE.

This case study describes our engagement with an independent local insurance company in Slovakia. The focus of the insurance since its establishment is on selected corporate clients and premium individual customers, offering a wide range of all-risk property insurance policies.

Founded in 1992, Union, is a leading insurance company in Slovakia. The company has more than 1 million customers and is active in all lines of insurance business, primarily in travel, motor and property insurance and also individual health insurance.

This system is connected with the eTask system which creates tasks for employees to work with digitized documents.  Each paper document is in the first step scanned and with help of OCR necessary data are extracted from it. Scanned document together with extracted data sent for processing to the system. Based on the type of document system decides automatically how to categorize the document and what tasks to generate for users.

A comprehensive automation solution was designed in cooperation with the customer, who had an idea of how the process should look like. After analysing the issue, we came to a common solution that covered all campaign scenarios. Customer also collaborated with another company to carry out OCR of documents that clients sent to the customer.

Most of the companies with the years on the market have come to a state when their IT is built up with numerous different non-integrated information systems. One of our customers has come with a problem, where its employees have assigned several tasks across multiple company’s systems, ranging from web applications to native desktop applications. The employees must check these systems on their own, on daily bases, and so wasting valuable time.

AGEL is the most successful healthcare provider in Central Europe. In the Czech Republic alone, AGEL operates 14 hospitals, health centres, a network of pharmacies, laboratories, and distribution companies, along with other specialized medical facilities. Since 2006, AGEL has also operated within the Slovak Republic.
