Netgrif Platform Subscription & Support (S&S)
The Subscription & Support (S&S) package ensures you always run on the latest, most reliable version of the Netgrif Platform. It combines continuous delivery of updates with access to Netgrif service desk, helping you resolve issues and keep projects on track.
Beyond updates, you retain the right to use all versions released during your subscription, safeguarding your investment. For larger organizations, higher tiers also provide SLAs and tailored enterprise support to meet demanding operational and compliance needs.
Includes:
- Access to the Netgrif service desk for issue reporting
- Download new versions during the Subscription period
- Use versions downloaded during the Subscription even after the S&S has ended (Eligible for fallback licence after 36 months of payment).
- Source code for versions released during S&S

Frequently Asked Questions
The license price is based on three separate factors:
- Number of Internal Users
- Number of External Users
- Number of Events – including creating a case, executing a task, and setting data.
Each factor has its unit price. The total license cost is the sum of all three.
Chargeable Events are specific system events that count toward the Capacity and directly affect the Platform Fee amount. Only the following actions performed within the Netgrif Platform are considered chargeable:
- CreateCaseEvent – Creating a new instance of a deployed process.
- FinishTaskEvent – Completing (executing) a task within a process instance.
- SetDataEvent – Changing the value of a data field in a process instance.
A chargeable event is counted toward Capacity regardless of whether it is performed by a Human User or a Technical User (e.g., an automated system).
Internal User – A person employed by the Acquirer (or in a similar legal relationship) who has authenticated access to the platform for work-related activities connected to that relationship.
External User – A person with authenticated platform access who is not an Internal User.
Yes. The platform can be accessed publicly by anonymous users free of charge, with unlimited active sessions. Note: Although public access is free, any activity by these users still counts as an event.
Customers can buy pre-configured license packages that bundle user and event metrics at discounted rates compared to purchasing metrics separately. These packages:

Our SLA defines the quality and speed of support you can expect when using the Netgrif Platform. All subscriptions include guaranteed response times, while higher tiers extend coverage with faster resolution targets and priority handling. In the Enterprise Edition, we can provide SLAs up to 99.9% availability, including rapid incident resolution and advanced support options tailored to mission-critical environments.
An environment represents a dedicated instance of the Netgrif Platform that can be used for development, testing, staging, or production. This separation ensures safe deployment lifecycles, where new features can be validated without risk to live operations. Starter includes 2 environments, Pro 3, and Enterprise offers up to 7, supporting complex enterprise architectures and governance models with clear isolation between phases.
