Damon Testaverde – Managing Director – Network 1 Financial Securities, Inc.

Damon has been a member of the Wall St. Community since 1966. He has worked in various capacities including being Chief Executive Officer for Midsize Broker / Dealers that built significant retail and underwriting capabilities. Damon specializes in Investment Banking Services for small to midsized companies including all areas of capital formation. Damon also has the ability to attract and build distribution systems in the Broker / Dealer community. Damon holds FINRA registrations, including Series 7, 24, 79, Financial Principal and Municipal Bond Principal.

Alice Glover McKeon – Vice President – Network 1 Financial Securities – Life Science Investment Banker

Alice joined Network 1 Financial Securities as an Investment Banker in 2011 with a focus on the Life Sciences. She has worked with emerging companies in advisory and capital raising capacities, specializing in IPOs, Private Placements and PIPEs (Private Investment in Public Equity). She also focuses on investment banking projects in South Korea. Alice began her financial career at Morgan Stanley. She holds a M.S. in Applied Physiology and Nutrition from Teacher’s College, Columbia University, and a B.S., Psychology from Monmouth University. She holds the following FINRA Registrations: Series 7, 66, 79 and is an authorized NJ Life, Accident and Health Producer.
