Organizing to get-out-the-vote since 2018

The most effective way to mobilize young people is through face-to-face conversations with our peers. We facilitate conversations that relate the importance of voting to the everyday issues that matter to Canadian youth. Since 2018 we’ve turned out tens of thousands of first time voters where all the research shows once they vote, they become lifetime voters.

We engage local and national media platforms to amplify the issues that matter most to Canada’s largest voting bloc.

We mobilize on the ground to build grassroots agency and drive action — when and where young voices are needed.

We partner with values aligned community organizations to listen to and amplify the voices of young people and the issues that matter most to them.

We train our organizers to engage with their friends, classmates and colleagues about the importance of voting, building trust and leading with empathy.

We do this through vote tripling and other proven and informed tactics that stay laser focused on our core outcome: getting the New Majority to the polls.

We strive to ensure our team is reflective of the demographics of the people we represent. During election campaigns we employ hundreds of canvassers, phone bankers and field managers to get-out-the-vote.
