We are committed to supporting our people and helping them grow. We will continue to develop our people’s technical and leadership skills, ensure their wellbeing, and provide them with global opportunities and experience.
Every year thousands of staff at Nexia member firms benefit from learning and development interventions designed by our dedicated people development committee made up of senior HR / L&D professionals and Partners from around the world, pictured below. In 2025 more than 5000 staff benefited from Nexia’s L&D.

Nexia offer a wealth of learning and development opportunities for staff of all levels at our member firms including the following:
- High-quality IFRS and ISA technical training both as interactive digital learning modules and regular live webinars with the latest IFRS updates
- Professional skills digital learning available in 20+ languages
- A number of live workshops and webinars each year on topics including Advanced Excel, Client Excellence and time and energy management attended by almost 1700+ staff in 2024
- Each year we run a number of award-winning Leadership programmes that are attended by hundreds of staff at our member firms
- Staff at member firms can access all the learning opportunities on a dedicated platform called the Nexia Learning Hub at https://www.nexialearning.com – which currently has 4500+ registered users
