About

My name is Sue Kelland-Dyer and I am a passionate Newfoundland and Labradorian. For 20 years I have joined with people like you to try to build a brighter future for this place.

I have gone through bouts of exhaustion as I listen to ignorant politicians and fight for our right to know, debate, and challenge public policies.

Has there been a price for this? Sure there has – many forms of ridicule, intimidation and downright attacks on me personally. Many politicians both past and present have even directly interfered with my private employment.

Not many of them like me and that includes all colours of the political spectrum. Unfortunately this has – at times – crossed over into the media. There is a truth that money keeps critics away – and we have witnessed that. There is a fear of the wealthy and when not feared a belief that by somehow electing wealth we will attract a bit of it to ourselves.

Ask any politician – do you believe Sue Kelland-Dyer loves her province? If honest they will tell you yes! Then ask them – why do you attempt to intimidate her personally and professionally? Then ask them again when they lie the first time.
