What is included in the delegate ticket?
All delegate passes include access to all sessions and workshops, the exhibition area and networking events, partnering via the PartneringONE system, lunch and coffee breaks.
What are the payment options?
Master Card, Visa and AMEX (online credit card payments):
Registrants will receive their final invoice over email right after their registration payment is completed.
Trustly (online bank transfer payment):
Registrants will receive their final invoice over email right after their registration payment is completed.
Regular Bank Transfer:
Registrants will receive a proforma invoice including our bank details shortly after their registration. To guarantee the rate applied while registering, the invoice must be paid by the 2 next weeks upon proforma reception. Final invoice will be automatically sent over email after payment completion.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?

I am not able to go, can my colleague replace me?
Please fill out this FORM. We will validate and confirm your replacement as soon as possible (within 48 hours).
Why do you charge VAT?
Individual registrations are subject to Swedish VAT in accordance with Article 53 of the EU VAT Directive. This applies to all delegate registration passes, regardless of the location of your company.
Claiming back your VAT
You can reclaim VAT by contacting your local tax authorities. We are happy to provide invoices to support your claim.
Where will NLSDays be held?
Nordic Life Science Days 2026 will be held in Stockholm, Sweden on 8-9 September at Kistamässan, located at Arne Beurlings torg 5, 164 40 Kista – Tel. +46 (0) 850 66 50 00
Kistamässan has an optimal location between Stockholm and Arlanda and getting there is easy whether you prefer to travel by subway, train, car, or bus.

Where do I book my accommodation?

A service agency that is in no way affiliated with SwedenBIO/ NLSDays has contacted attendees of the event offering to arrange accommodation for NLSDays. They are NOT operating with SwedenBIO/NLSDays approval.
I need a visa invitation letter.
You can now request a visa invitation letter directly on the registration form. Simply fill in your details, and we’ll process your request. Note that only registered delegates can get a visa invitation letter.
How to access my PartneringONE?
You will receive your PartneringONE login credentials once registered. The partnering system will open 10 August 2026. See more information on partnering HERE

How to become a speaker at NLSDays?
Speakers for our supersessions are hand-picked by our program committee.
However, if you’d like to increase your company’s visibility, you can register for a company presentation when you sign up for NLSDays. These slots are very popular and tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend booking yours well in advance.
