Meet the Team

Josh Swisher is the current President and Founder of Northface Construction. He started his career in construction at 15 years old and has been actively contracting ever since. Josh started Northface Construction in 2010 while pursuing his degree and has grown the company to be a resource in the Twin Cities markets to businesses and homeowners alike.

Hamline University grad with a degree in History/ Education, and I taught for 35 years in Anoka Hennepin. I am passionate about travel, reading, writes music, and community work. Family time is best…and grandpa of 4 grandkids. Married 45 years to Heidi!

Andrew was born in Denver, Colorado, and raised in Brooklyn Park, MN, graduating from Park Center Senior High School in 2003. His early career path led him to serve as a law enforcement officer and in federal security management. He then started his professional journey with Northface Construction in 2020. Outside of his professional life, Andrew is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing hockey and golf, and he finds great pleasure in fishing and hunting. Family is at the heart of Andrew’s life. He treasures spending time with his wife and their two children, whether they are exploring new destinations or enjoying the great outdoors through camping trips. Traveling together has created countless cherished memories.

Alex is a dedicated exterior renovation specialist with a strong passion for roofing and siding design. With over a decade of experience helping homeowners improve their properties, he takes pride in delivering high-quality results across a wide range of exterior projects. In addition to his professional work, Alex has proudly served in the Army National Guard for 10 years, demonstrating a strong commitment to service and discipline. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and an excited soon-to-be father. When he’s not tackling home projects or running errands, you can find him enjoying video games or cheering on the Vikings and his favorite college football teams.

Hi, I’m Dylan Herman, and I’ll be heading to your home shortly! I’ve been in the construction industry for seven years, consulting and managing exterior projects throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin since I was 22 years old. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for helping homeowners find the best roofing and exterior solutions to protect and enhance their homes.
I take pride in making the process simple and stress-free, providing expert guidance and honest recommendations to ensure you get a durable, high-quality installation. When I’m not working, you can find me on the golf course during the warmer months or coaching my favorite sport—wrestling—during the winter.
