- Download the mobile app: The easiest way to navigate the in-person conference is with the mobile app. Once downloaded, you can view session and poster details—even offline. Search by keyword and star your favorite sessions for quick access. All in-person registrants will receive a download invitation the week before the conference. Note: All posters are presented in Exhibit Hall A1 on their scheduled date. Virtual posters can only be viewed through the app or virtual conference platform (accessible to registered attendees only). Both mobile and desktop versions of the app are available, as well as a desktop version of the virtual conference platform. Be aware that the virtual posters are optional, and not all presenters will upload a PDF version.

When will the 2025 Abstracts be published?
The embargo lift date for ObesityWeek 2025 is Tuesday, November 4, 2025 — the first day of the conference.
Why do I see gaps in the online interactive program?
Some abstract submitters chose to have their abstracts hidden until the embargo lifts. As a result, you may notice gaps in the oral sessions before the conference begins.
Which abstracts are already visible online?
Any oral presentation that did not select “hide my abstract” is already visible in the online interactive program. You can click the presentation title to view the abstract.
How can I see the names of hidden oral presentations?
The titles and presenter names for hidden orals can be found in the program PDFs posted above.
When will poster abstracts be released?
Poster abstracts will be available at the start of the conference. However, poster titles, numbers, and presentation schedules are already listed in the program PDFs above.
Download the Mobile App
The app will work for REGISTRANTS only starting October 30, 2025. All registrants will receive an activation email that day. The only way to review virtual posters is through the app (only registrants have access to virtual posters). Both a mobile and desktop version of the app are available. Virtual posters are optional – not all poster presenters will upload a PDF version.
To Install the App (on phone, tablet, or computer):
- Only conference registrants will be able to open the app.
- Click on the App Store or Google Play icon below.
- Select the Engagefully app and install.
- Search for ObesityWeek.
- Click on “Login with an Email link.”
- Enter the email address you used to register for the meeting. You will then receive an email with the login link.
- Open the email message on the device you want to use the app on, then click the “Log in Now” button.
