One of the victims said he knew one of the suspects as Некто1. Некто2 was later identified via Facebook in a follow-up interview on Nov. 9, police said.

5. Oleksandr Myronovych, 43, of the 1600 block of Strahle Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Feb. 9 at 4 p.m. following a crash in the 500 block of Meadowbrook Road in which he flipped his Nissan Sentra and landed it on its hood, police said. According to police, Myronovych exited the vehicle and smelled strongly of alcohol; Myronovych had bloodshot eyes and had a hard time keeping his balance.
Myronovych said he swerved to avoid another vehicle and then crashed into a utility pole. Myronovych then said to police, “I have to pee,” and then proceeded to urinate on the side of the road. His actions were in plain view of other motorists, police said.
Myronovych was taken to Holy Redeemer Hospital for a chemical test; he was uncooperative and aggressive, police said. At one point Myronovych said, “I will contact the Russian Maffia and have them take care of you and your family, you will see.” Myronovych refused a blood test and reiterated that he was going back to Russia.
According to police, Myronovych advanced toward a police officer and made contact with the officer; he was then taken to the floor.
