Twice a year we match the founders and senior leaders from the companies we support with some of the best execs and operators in our network.

Across a series of one-hour meetings, seasoned professionals share their knowledge and experience with the leadership of tomorrow. For the companies taking part, the opportunity to benefit from the real-world expertise of individuals who’ve been there and done it before is invaluable. Participating mentors and operators, meanwhile, get to make an impact.

Our leadership programme has created concrete opportunities, with previous participants continuing the relationships they’ve forged through board-membership and Angel investment.
