Nearly three weeks and no internet access at my home, so I’m blogging via a ‘BT’ Hot Spot.
‘TalkTalk’ have a terrible reputation for customer service and now I know why !
All they do is stall for time by informing you that it may take up to 72 hours to ‘fix’ the problem. This is repeated again and again. Promises to ‘call you back’ are never kept. No one ever calls !
I have now ‘signed up’ with British Telecom, who supply my land-line telephone, but unfortunately they have to give bloody TalkTalk two weeks notice, so I will not be fully back ‘in action’ for another couple of weeks.
I may pop in again during this time, if I can connect … So please …
