Onerep has been fantastic and terrific in helping scrub my personal details. My only suggestion is that some people also have my same name and it's not me. It would b useful to set up a tool to solicit input from the client ( me) as to whether I want to proceed with trying to eliminate information that may or may not be my personal information. There are several on my dashboard that are not 'me'.

Thanks for asking my feedback.
When I signed up for it, I was promised that my personal info along with my address will be removed within a few weeks.
However, it has not yet happened after a year ago or so.
If you search on my full name ‘Manju Mehta’. It displays my home address and other info. My accounts have been hacked and I had a break in a few years ago.
Is it not within OneRep power to remove my info?
If so, please let me know so that I can find another way to do that and cancel my membership.
I rarely get a call back, hope someone responds.

Their consistency is great. The monthly reports are helpful. And when I have found my info back out on a site and reported it, they are quick to take action on it and get the request to remove my info out to the site.

It's always great to receive a monthly report that includes how most of the many sites were removed. I never like to see there are some sites that are still present, but at least, are in the process of being removed. Some of these sites just keep reposting your info not long after it is removed. I can see that this is an never-ending task for OneRep and I appreciate that they are continually working to get the info down.
Overall, I am pleased with the work of OneRep. I can't even begin to imagine one's trying to accomplish what they are so effectively doing.
I feel confident that OneRep is doing an excellent job.

When you say you erase my info on these sites, it’s not actually erased. I would like my name to not even come up at all. They still have my name and age and some of them have my address. It just doesn’t have the deeper info. Please erase me entirely from the sites.

Well, words are not enough to express my immense gratitude for this company. This is what you want to protect yourself from fraud. Life Lock by Norton is a scam I feel, they don't remove your personal information from the dark web or from anywhere I have experienced. LifeLock only Waits for your information to be stolen and then acts on it. To me this does not fix the root cause. Onerep attacks the root cause and removes your personal information. I feel much safer now than ever before. Please don't waste your money on endless upgrades and misconception from LifeLock. Thank you Onerep for protecting me. God Bless America

It took a minute I was concerned if it was going to work but it did and worked well. They removed 78 out of 79 websites. You just have to be patient it takes months. One is still being stubborn but I am happy overall. Thank you!

Monthly reviews of sites let me know the service is effective and working as stated. I verified that my data is removed from multiple sites.
I also enjoy knowing that if I do find a site with my data, I can contact the service and they will address it in a timely manner.
The user interface is easy to use as well.

Onerep has been great at removing almost all lookup sites. So I am happy about that. After an initial period of several weeks to month, almost all of the data collection sites disappeared. So that has been well worth it.
But I have to complain. There have been a couple of links that still persist after me using this service for years.
radaris.com seems to be the most persistent. This link has my home address viewable in a google search of my name (no clicking through required). There has been a link there ever still I started subscribing several years ago. At some point, legal action may be required. So that has been disappointing.

Norton360 suggested to remove the data Onerep was selling about me. Within the process, Onerep wanted more personal information and was going to charge me $15.95 a month to keep them from selling my information to more crooks and thieves! WHAT????

I generally like an appreciate the service. I just wish that you guys would follow up and make sure in a more persistent manner that online sites take down my information. I noticed that there are some sites where it shows more than one attempt so my information is still out there.

I recently got Google AI and I and still trying to figure out how to shut it down. I want my search stuff - not what AI thinks I should receive. I make my own mind up, not what AI serves for information. So far my mind is higher. But I am a challenge because I don't go with he flow. That is a real AI challenge: to the thing the human mind.
I don't think One Rep cares the least of any personal data or ads. They just kill it. If they change so will I.

You need to find scale where your service is not as expensive. Meaning, you have competition, like Norton, that offers the same service , but rolls this service into a bundled solution that provides scale and is less expensive to the consumer.
That said, your emails and dashboard are well constructed and easy to interpret.

One Rep does eventually clear listings but done takes very long time. In those cases it would seem prudent to notify the customer. Perhaps some direct involvement is called for.
