Another New Year's Day

The fanfare and holiday chaos have somehow simmered down. Oh yes, it has been one heck of a year and somehow the lessons learned have greater impact now than I had ever imagined. Yet some habits are really, really hard to break. But then again, we have the entire year to pick up from where we left off, and hopefully be better and STRONGER when dealing with the same stuff all over again.

Cheers to a brand new year and to have another chance at it. :)

Yuletide 2010

It's Christmas eve again. I remember jumping up from bed with my pjs on and begging my mom to open up the gifts. Now, I am waking up to a glorious morning feeling grateful for all that has been.

There is something profound about the holiday, with all of its noise and hustling.

And mushy though as it may sound, Christmas really is all about love.

Turning Over a New Leaf

A friend once asked me what happened to my blogging, well, I kept asking myself as well. I had turned into one of those whose workaholic-zombies so to speak. I had disconnected again.

That's sad.

Something had to be done.

So let's see, I opened my blog and started reading some of my old thoughts immortalized in words. So many things have happened now. I am not the same person who started this blog years ago. Maybe I should try this again. Or maybe not.

Well, too late now. =)
