The 2022 Gathering took place from October 26-29, in Panamá City! It gathered 80 participants from 20 different countries around the theme of “open hardware for open thinkers.”

GOSH 2018 took place at Open FIESTA on the Tsinghua University Graduate Campus in Shenzhen, China from 10-13 Oct 2018 with the theme 'Scaling Hardware, Building Community' .

GOSH 2017 took place at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. The theme of GOSH 2017 was building a movement and the goal was to bring the spirit of the GOSH Manifesto to life and build a Roadmap to make open science hardware ubiquitous by 2025.
