Situated within Uncommon in Holborn, Pause is a public cafe offering fresh, seasonal, and sustainably sourced food and beverages. Developing a visual identity that integrates seamlessly with the Uncommon brand was essential.

The essence of Pause revolves around joyful moments, with a double-stroke logomark symbolising a reflective break. During the day, it stands out in a larger format, while at night, it takes on a more subtle, smaller size.

The colour palette is inspired by the nuanced tones of the interior design. Even the coaster colours shift to reflect the transition from daytime to nighttime as the cafe transforms into a bar in the evening.
